HRH Elton Ngcobo is a South African business leader, institutional strategist, and royal household custodian whose work sits at the intersection of investment leadership, digital transformation, and socio-economic development. Recognized for bridging traditional authority with modern governance and enterprise systems, he has emerged as a distinctive voice in Africa's modernization and inclusive growth agenda.

As National Chairperson of the South African Coalition of Civil Society Organizations (SACoCSO), Ngcobo leads a national executive platform advancing economic empowerment, institutional collaboration, and global diplomacy. Under his leadership, the organization is expanding its international footprint, facilitating bilateral trade pathways aligned with South Africa's BRICS+ partnerships, and enabling market access for youth-owned enterprises.

In the investment arena, he serves as Director of Business Strategy and Investment Portfolio Management at KBT Investment Portfolio (Pty) Ltd, where he guides cross-border capital alignment and large-scale infrastructure facilitation. The firm is currently advancing a global-continental hyperscale data centre initiative supporting one of Africa's most ambitious heritage-technology programs. Through this platform, strategic partnerships have been secured with leading insurance and underwriting institutions, with major project implementation entering its first phase.

Ngcobo is also the Founder of KBT Investment Portfolio (Pty) Ltd and Stiki Developments (Pty) Ltd — enterprises focused on structured development, infrastructure enablement, and long-term investment vehicles.
